Test printing a word document or something simple to make sure the printer works. NOTE: PCClient (The Mac Papercut App) needs to be running for the account pop-up to work. Also, if there is a driver issue, often the print job will open in the local queue (it's a printer icon that shows up in the dock) and does not leave the queue. This is often a local software issue on the Mac itself, and you may need to double check that you have an updated driver from the manufacturer.
