Setting MFA to multiple people for the same account

Microsoft has the ability to grant multiple people MFA access as long as at least one person has MFA setup on their authenticator app initially. The below steps are necessary for granting secondary, tertiary, etc…access.

1. The person who already has MFA turned on and associated to their phone, needs to sign in to the security Info for the account they want to share MFA access to. Follow steps 1-8 in this article.

2. On the secondary/tertiary device you want MFA to prompt on, download the MS Authenticator app

3. Follow the steps to setup MFA using the new device alongside the Security Info webpage. For detailed step-by-step instructions, refer to this article.
