ITS is implementing a new software program which will help monitor problems and provide us a more proactive and better reactive support response. This tool will be remotely installed from ITS and this article is to help answer questions about that process and provide step-by-step instructions for ensuring it will be installed/configured correctly.

Installation

Once your computer receives the installation a screen will pop up on your computer that looks like this

Simply click OK and reboot your computer. After it installs another notification box will pop-up which looks like this

This is expected and evidence it was installed correctly. After a few minutes, you will receive one last pop up request which looks like this

Click “Allow” and the installation process should be complete! Thankfully once you reboot the computer, the program will load in the background, and you’ll probably rarely ever need to think about it again.

FAQ

  • Should you accidentally click cancel on the installation, simply reboot the computer and it should install and configure in the process. Contact ITS for verification that it didn’t have any problems in the background.

  • Should you accidentally erase the KeyServer Address during the installation, simply type in: https://mvnu.sassafrascloud.com
