Need Evaluation: DO NOT USE

  1. On your PC go to search or MS Explorer and type \\print.

  2.  Select the "Xerox Follow You" print queue and double click on it and install it. You will then see it listed in your local printers.

  3. Go to the document you want to print and make sure the Xerox Follow You print queue is selected and hit print.

  4.  Go to any Xerox printer (press Home or Power button to wake it up) and swipe your ID card and that should log you into the print station.

  5. Once in you should see what accounts you can use. Select what account you want your job to be charged to.

  6. That then will take you to a screen with icons on it. Find the icon that says, "Xerox Follow You" and press it.

  7. On the next screen select your job and hit the print button.
