  1. If accessing from off-campus, login and connect to the VPN.

  2. Type phone.mvnu.edu

  3. Enter the phone extension as the username. The password is whichever password you use to sign in to listen to voicemails.

    1. If you need help resetting your password, follow the “Forgot Password” prompts, or call the Help Desk.

  4. Once you have signed in, one of two possibilities will be observed.

    1. If you have not signed in before, the screen would appear blank.

      1. In this instance, you will have to create a dashboard. Name it however you would like (perhaps your name or the extension number.)

        1. Then, you will have to go to the left side of the page and click the plus symbol.

      2. You have the option to view call forwarding, call waiting, call history, voicemails, and more.

      3. Once you add the widget, the widgets will all be found in the control panel.

         

    2. If you have signed in before, you may view widgets you have added previously. (Note: You have the option to expand the screen visible. Simply pull (left click and drag) the right corner of the widget to expand or decrease the screen size.)
