Updating/Editing the Microsoft Authenticator App

Follow these instructions, from a computer not a phone, to set up Microsoft Authenticator App for your MVNU account.

1. Go to mymail.mvnu.edu and sign in to your MVNU email account.

2. At the top right of the page, click on your Profile.

3. Click on View account.

4. Open

   

   On the next page, click on UPDATE INFO under Security info.

5. Verify your identity using a current MFA method.

6. On the next screen, you will see a list of all MFA methods that you currently have set up.

7. Click on Add method

8. Choose Authenticator app from the dropdown.

9. Follow the step-by-step instructions (found in our other article) to install the Microsoft Authenticator app and set up the app for your MVNU account.
